How to increase your odds of finding commonality enough to start creating chemistry… MEET HUMANS IN PERSON! If this Community were about food, many would starve. But if you needed it to survive, you bet your butt you’d be out meeting others in person.
People claim that people have changed in current society. That’s UNTRUE! People remain the same — circumstances change — and newer generations believe their perspectives are more evolved, which is also untrue.
How do you expect to make any real progress getting to know anyone — or for them to get to know you — to hopefully do one of the most intimate things humans do? MEET HUMANS IN PERSON!
Lots of reasons and excuses exist to keep you from meeting others… like money, time, travel, effort, realistic perceptions, lack of social etiquette experience, assumptions, drawing preconclusions, expectations, etc.
If you don’t start meeting humans in person and putting aside all the above, then good luck making real connections. Very little to nothing will fall in your lap.
While you may say you agree with the above, why then does statistical information bear out that those in the Poly Social Community are actually attending fewer events than ever before?
Social disconnect and the hook-up mentality are just a couple of reasons. For instance, everyone wants to text and message others, yet you fail to focus on the lack of inflection, tone, and character — all of which are devoid in these methods! You’ve decreased your chances to organically grow a real connection.
Someone once told a joke that humor makes panties fall off — do you really think you can be as funny behind a screen, miles away? Point is: it’s about human contact, AGAIN!
The Poly Social Community is a SOCIAL COMMUNITY, not an ANTI-SOCIAL COMMUNITY — obviously meaning to COME TOGETHER. Anything but “coming together” will not get you to “come together.” LOL. Anything that divides us or causes separation from being together is not helping you or this Community.
